Intra Oral Computer Imaging  Our office, committed to being on the cutting edge of technology has installed a digital imaging system. This video imaging system allows us to capture multiple images varying from full facial views to close up views of a single tooth. This new technology allows our patients to see their mouths as we see them.
The images identified by the camera are magnified and displayed on a television monitor. When we see an area in the mouth that need closer inspection, the video image can be “freeze-framed” for a better look. The camera can also be used to teach patients about their dental condition, and to monitor the progress of their treatment.

The intra oral camera is an important addition to our armamentarium. The camera is a tiny camera designed to show images in hard-to-reach areas and in low light. The camera is actually the size of a pen.
